The
complete STBox methodology (illustrated below) is available as a Web
application featuring a clickable workflow that provides fast access to
detailed instructions, templates, and relevant white papers. The methodology
is structured to enable various user profiles to access only the information
they need without having to read the complete methodology (typically 100+
pages). Detailed work instructions, templates, or examples are always a
maximum of three clicks away.
The
STBox process is made up of a workflow of seven phases, comprising a total
of 23 activities. Clicking on an activity displays a graphical overview of
the steps in that activity, the activity’s input and output, and the
responsible person or team. Clicking on a step or an output displays
detailed work instructions or templates and/or examples.
